Scribendi among Finalists in the 2017 Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service
Scribendi is excited to announce that we are being internationally recognized for our excellence in customer service this year at the 11th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service. As a finalist, Scribendi will receive either a gold, silver, or bronze medal in the e-Commerce Customer Service Award category.
We are honored to be receiving this award, as our customer service team maintains the highest standard of excellence. It is through the team's diligence and skill that we are able to create a professional, helpful, and pleasant atmosphere for each of our customers.
As Scribendi is an online service provider, the customer service team utilizes all the tools available, including email, the telephone, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and LinkedIn, to communicate with customers in the most efficient and convenient way possible. Everything Scribendi does focuses on crafting a memorable and positive customer experience.
The awards are presented by the Stevie Awards, which organizes seven of the world's leading business awards shows including the prestigious International Business Awards and the Stevie Awards for Great Employers.
The final results will be announced during a gala banquet on Friday, February 24 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. Finalists from the U.S.A. and several other nations are expected to attend.
